for all we know the feds will put mark on the stand and thus not charge him on any federal stuff...its still too early to tell what their ultimate plans are IMO
deluca was also set to testify against a bunch of the admin of the family as evidenced by the wiretap transcripts that were released by the feds but they all cut plea deals
good point! we have to wait until court to see what they are really planning, and even then it can change real quick if something else comes to light.
