Another problem. I have Norton Security. Occasionally I get a warning that my CPU Usage is High and it will report Comcastantispy.exe as the reason. AND when I shut down my computer I get a message that Comcastantispy.exe is causing a problem. I've searched for Comcastantispy.exe and it is not on my hard drive. WTF! Any suggestions?

First, check Add/Remove Programs and uninstall CA Real Time Protection, if present.

Then navigate to the folder: C:\Program Files\comcasttb. Run the uninstall program. Reboot your system and double check the process is no longer running (task manager). You'll need to manually remove the folder called "comcasttb".

Post back and let us know the results.

Tommy Shots: They want me running the family, don't they know I have a young wife?
Sal Vitale: (laughs) Tommy, jump in, the water's fine.
