"Vito!" is Batts to Vito in Henry's bar.(BTW: "Vito" in that scene was played by Vito Piccone, former lead singer of The Elegants, a one-hit-wonder Doo Wop group that had a big hit in 1958 with "Little Star." Trust Scorsese to find and use him.)
