Chuckie Nicoletti was one of the Outfit's most prolific hitmen, and Alderisio designed them a car specifically made to conceal guns and hide from police. They were also Spilotro's accomplices during the whole head crushing vise thing.
From everything I've read, 'Milwaukee Phil' was one bad dude. I've been finding myself getting more and more interested in the Chicago stuff; those guys seemed pretty ruthless.
