How come you can't get a facebook account?

And yes, i am aware they are using the charts. Cant do something about it, some websites did ask permission.
Daily mail UK: www.dailymail.co.uk/ also asked for permission, i havent checked the website. But i wasnt aware of the facebook thing, cant get access because i dont have an account.
