This is the original warrant affidavit when all the Lucchese guys in Jersey were arrested back in December 2007. The actual indictment came out in May 2010.

Anyway, besides being the original source of the chart we've all seen, as well as a breakdown of the defendants, it also gives a very detailed and in depth look at the bookmaking business.
