I always found that photo of Chapo funny. The guy is a billionaire but he looks like a day laborer in that pic.
hahahaha. The look reminds me of a Puerto Rican/Guido teen youth in New York or Chicago. The puffy jacket, the side ways hat with a flat bill, the styled hair with it's fade and stylized facial hair. He looks very American "urban youth"
