the mob was heavily involved in distribution in queens and other districts, it's not clear who are the biggest importer, mexicans are not top dogs importer in the northeast probably colombians are and much drugs come to montreal or quebec (italian mafia) i don't know if the families are involved in some shipping but it could be since they have big deal in new york and jersey ports
