Read more: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1211/70293.html#ixzz1gLEUk5Y7 To the extent that the Arizona law merely apes federal law it will be interesting to see the Federal government's arguments. This will have some impact on the election either way the Court rules. People are riled up. We can't have 50 different immigration policies but neither can we turn a blind eye to things.
