Here's a really chilling story out of NYC.... a 41 year old woman who worked for an ad agency on Madison Avenue was going to work and as she entered the elevator it suddenly shot up, trapping and crushing her between the car and the shaft. Two other women were in the elevator and saw the whole thing. The woman, obviously died right away.
The place had violations in the past .
It gets worse. It was just announced that the elevator had been repaired a FEW HOURS before this accident.
Got her heel or shoe caught in the thing, and gets sucked down the shaft. And the company was gonna close thar office that she worked in . MF's
