One thing about living in an arid climate: with little humidity to hold in heat, melting of ice depends on your exposure to sunlight. But didn't you guys have a hell of alot of high temps this summer. I just got a email from my brother down in Yuma, that is where they go for the winters. He said it was in the 70's . Is this usual weather for you ?
