Police arrested a 20-year-old after they clocked him doing 98 mph on his motorcycle through one of the city's busiest intersections at 5 p.m. on Saturday--and 110 two blocks later. He parked his bike in a lot, then ran into a shopping arcade. When police questioned him, he said he was "late for work."
