Right click, select "save image as", save it to your desktop, and double left click the desktop icon that is created (it will show up as "BonannoCosaNostraFamily"). It will show up in Windows Photo Viewer; left click on the little magnifying glass thingy in Windows Photo Viewer. You can zoom in and out with that, but it's low res.
You can get the high res version from Mukremin, which I would recommend. When he sends it to you, do the same thing (save it, open it, zoom in and out as you wish).
That's if you have Windows, mind. If you got a Mac or something I can't help you.
