This may help to answer your remark about eating fish from the East River. The copter went down very close to the bulkhead, and the water is not very deep there (perhaps twenty feet) but the copter is completely hidden from surface view (the water is that murky).
So, in other words, you're not gonna be going fishing there any time soon? (sounds yucky)
