I just heard Mayor Bloomberg. ...when I heard his Spanish in his message, I had to laugh. I could tell by his pronunciation he wasn't speaking it well.
Mayor Bloomberg has been "advised" by some Hispanic leaders here in NYC to stick to English! His Spanish is excruciating to my ear, so I can only imagine what it must sound like to the Hispanic community.
He gives new meaning to the word "Gringo."
