When Tom is talking to the Senator after the prostitute is butchered, Neri comes from out the bathroom cleaning a shot glass. Tom shoots him a look that seems to say "Hey, get out of here...what are you doing?"

I may be reading too much into it, but what was that gesture supposed to mean?

"Now, that plane goes to Miami."
"That's right. That's where I want it met."
