Got some inside info on the State Police Investigation into Mark Rossetti. Apparently, the higher ups in the State Police knew Mark Rossetti was an FBI informant and was cooperating with the Feds and investigating other Captains and Soldiers. Again Apparently, we have a Bulger-Flemmi affect, most of the investigations the Staties began on cetain people reflected entirely around Mark Rossetti. Murders, shakedowns, drug trafficking, the investigators Nunzio Orlando and Pasquale Russolillo brought evidence in to the higher ups, and the higher ups in turn asked the Feds to take Rossetti off the streets.
