Miller makes a good point how Gotti ended up playing the same nepotism game he hated Castellano for. He really did Junior a disfavor by putting him in that position, which he wasn't ready for, and just put a big bulls eye on his back. I read it got to the point where the Genovese family wouldn't even meet with Junior. And eventually, of course, his uncles demoted him.
