In a similar vein is the recent murder of a relative of Hurry the Hunchback, that guy guy who got shot down in Philly, Im stuffed if I can remember his name now.

Anything's possible, especially since he also reportedly owed money to drug dealers. But the fact that he was refusing to pay the street tax from his bookie/shy business obviously leads one to consider a mob connection.
