The things you pull between two people until it snaps and bangs. Well, inside of these are paper, coloured hats, which unfold and you can put on your head. I don't exactly know why this is. It's a bit silly; especially when you consider my lasting tradition over the last few years. Once I have my hat on at the Christmas dinner, I never take it off until I go to bed that night.
Dunno about American culture, but it definitely looks like a great fun. You must be spending your time in a wonderful way in England.
