He DID do the elbow drop @ Over the Limit. It was freakin' awesome. I think it is great that the WWE and VKM were able to set aside any differences they may have had with Macho Man and allow guys like CM Punk pay tribute to him, not to mention the excellent video package they put together for RAW.
