Well, you've described criminal activity, not orders. In some instances it might be difficult to tell the difference in the heat of the moment. I'm thinking about situations like the ruling in Indiana, the recent dustup in my home town or this case in Maryland. As you have stated it looks like many states differ but not all of them have eliminated the right to resist unlawful actions by police. I need to see what the status is in Michigan.
