oh yeah, fantasy baseball... that's a never ending source of fun for me, and for me, fantasy baseball and plawrence run side by side. the point system he came up with for blown saves still puzzles me (I think it's genious) and even though I still have fun with our league, I know we'll never match those days when plaw supplied a daily chart with owner's stats and such.

I'm relatively young and haven't had to deal with that many occasions when a dear friend has passed away. have to say I still don't know how to deal with it and that's why it took me a long, long time to read this thread as well as plaw's Godfather sequel. a short while ago someone started a thread saying that these boards were dying and I remember thinking "no, it's alright; it's just that we don't have plaw anymore". I always thought he was the one who made these boards a special place with his insightful, active posting. just a quick peek at this page of this thread and there are some good plaw stories. RIP plaw
