some of the guys you listed as soldiers and associates are clowns rubino, piccolos, angelina, procopios, grande, wagners, staritos, ...ect....all these guys know some low levels of criminals in south philly... but none of them are LCN. You wouldn't know real LCN in south philly is they were staring you in the face. All the guys you listed are mostly clown that hang in bars or own bars and start fights. They are not organized and the fact that there on the list shows they can't stay low key...I'd write them off as good front guys.
For the record, I didn't make the Philly chart. They were compiled by a few different posters over on the Real Deal forum. The upper echelon of the family is more certain. As well as the soldiers. When you get into the lower level associates, that's when it becomes more of a grey area about where they stand. In any event, if you have a complaint about the chart, feel free to take it up with them over there.
