You have to go back to the 1970s with the Philly Mob for guys who made alot of money.

Bruno was the boss for 20 years. The scarfo mob made very little money. In fact when Leonetti went away, he had to go into Scarfo house and take 800k into hiding.
Merlino was the street boss and before he went away was trying to find hot rolexs to sell according to Ron Previte. And sold membership into the philly mob for 50k.
