Wow major changes in new england. Deluca goes from underboss back to capo. Dinunzio is now underboss so there must be a new capo of his crew. Rossetti is in jail and prob not getting out for a long time so there must b a new capo of that crew.

And with deluca going back to capo that makes the prov faction have 4 captains for 15-18 soldiers. I doubt thats accurate
