...When you say that these are no longer the days of JFK, what are you actually implying?
I think it's fairly well known that the Secret Service AND probably even the press covered up JFK's dalliances. Even his particular situation aside...I think it was the mindset at the time. Right or wrong, I suppose what was considered the privacy of a politician was more respected back then.
