I love grits. I worked for a company that was headquartered in Nashville, and I couldn't wait to travel to corporate for my grits fix. My husband was never a fan, but he was in Charlotte on business last week and fell in love with cheese grits. I tried making them for the first time this morning, and all I could think of was Joe Pesci in "My Cousin Vinny", with his grit line of questioning.
