The judge declared a mistrial and the prosecution says it definitely will go to trial again. I don't know if that means it "really" is definite or if they'll offer deals, etc?
Anyway, Blago cracks me up. He seems like nothing phases him, talks out of his ass. I have to wonder if he's a hapless twit!!

Typically, a retrial is all in the prosecution's favor. Blago will probably be advised to accept a plea bargain which I imagine would be 18 months of incarceration and several years of probation.
