McChrystal has an harsh attack and slightly bitter aftertaste. It doesn't go down easy and too much can quickly have you babbling out family secrets in public. It looks more expensive than it is as its nice package has fooled a lot of people. Not recomended for the newbie to fine Scotch.
Petraeus has a smooth rounded initial entry and a smoky enduring finish. Only the man or woman of distinction should try this Scotch as its finer qualities might be wasted on the more plebeian. It has good marketing and fine consistency which is why it's the first choice of those who want the best.
