the only problem i do have with this is how are the poor going to pay for this? will they be fined if they can't pay for it like what mitt romney did in Massachusetts? I haven't read the entire law   but there are subsidies for people making 100-400% of federal poverty level. For a family of four that would mean a household income of roughly between 22K~88K.
