The plaintiff's lawyer was just on the Mitch Albom radio show discussing the case. The "offending" perfume wearer was a receptionist at the front desk. So it's not like the plaintiff had to be around her all the time.
In my department there is one guy that smells SO bad that people get to meetings 15 minutes early just to ensure they don't sit next to him. When the meeting concludes folks make a rush for the door.
