Here in Southern California they say that Santa Monica (L.A. county), Newport Beach (Orange County) and in San Diego(can't remember what beach) that there's been no major activity, fortunately. They said that all three beaches noticed an expected "surge" and a change in the tide, but other than that it was uneventful. That's a good thing.

One of the beaches (maybe all 3, I don't know) didn't even stop people from swimming/surfing, so that tells me there was no concern or alarm. smile
