For the hell of it, I did the parboil for 15 mins then grilled them. Came out just fine, but probably an unnecessary step. The Bolognese came out brilliantly, by the way. cool



I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol
