Tonight - Oven roasted chicken breasts, chicken & dumpling soup, rice and corn. A real down home midwestern Illinois autumn meal! I'm cooking for my beautiful wife who has been stuck at work all day painting a clients house. I sure hope she is "grateful" - if you know what I mean...
