The County Sheriff admitted that his office "fell down" on the job. The next door neighbor complained to police three years ago about strange noises (of children) coming from the backyard, but the police supposedly found nothing.
Doesn't that happen alot where abused kids fall through the cracks cuz children services don't do thir jobs?
