My mother said that she saw on the news tonight that the police had received a complaint that there were children living in tents in the backyard, but they never went past the gate. I haven't heard that, but can you imagine if that's true??
The County Sheriff admitted that his office "fell down" on the job. The next door neighbor complained to police three years ago about strange noises (of children) coming from the backyard, but the police supposedly found nothing.
