Me? Correct?? Perish the thought!!

To tell you the truth, when I was growing up, it was always "sauce." I had Italian friends in my building, but never heard the word "gravy" from them or their mothers, that I can recall.

But, growing up in Brooklyn, I'm sure the term existed - I guess just not in my building.

"Sure I cook with wine - sometimes I even add it to the food!"

"When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies?"

"It was a grass harp... And we listened."

"Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it? Every, every minute?"

"No. Saints and poets, maybe... they do some."
