Stuff like this makes me appreciate the police even more. It's too bad most people hate cops, just because of a few bad eggs. But even the bad eggs put their lives in danger.
I understand where you're coming from, Blib. But I don't think most people hate cops--I think the news media give a lot of space to cop-haters and cops who commit questionable acts, rather than their day-to-day professionalism and heroism.
