I'd like to mention something I've found puzzeling about the garroting of Carlo. Forgive a newbie if this has been discussed before: Is it my imagination, or was it right in front of the house? As Carlo kicks the windshield out we see that the car is in motion. Going where? Driving around in the compound with a murdered guy in broad daylight? Surely the authorities are going to be checking up on Michael after so many big mob guys are rubbed out at the same time.
