I saw it for $2.90 on the way to work this morning. I cannot remember the last time it was in the two dollar range.

Of all the things to stockpile, gas is next to impossible for 99% of us.
Does anybody remember when Priceline (which is still around) was involved in gas? It was a great deal, but they had to have lost their shirt on it. I remember using it for several months in the summer of 2000, when gasoline went up to $2 per gallon, which was a huge increase at the time. I would usually end up buying it for about .25 off per gallon than what the station was charging.
