A romantic at heart, Jacint Calderazzo looked forward to seeing if sparks still flew between him and Lillian Beattie, his former fiancee, after 60 years apart. He never got a chance to find out if Cupid had struck a second time. Calderazzo, 88, of Valparaiso died early Friday from injuries he suffered during a carjacking on Chicago's South Side that took place Sunday while he was on his way to pick up Beattie at Midway Airport.
