Can they really make money charging only $9 for a prime rib?? I guess they make money on the bar tabs, etc.
It was set up in a big tent, no bar. Many people (including my wife and I) got them to go.
I think it works out more as a volume business (like a supermarket) than making a lot of profit per prime rib. Because they sold a lot of them.
