For the few NBA fans here I'm sure you can feel my pain. Baron Davis opted out of his contract late last night and has already verbally agreed to a contract with the Clippers.
This is bad. There was hopes that the Warriors were going to improve to an elite level but now Chris Mullin is going to have to pull off a miracle just to keep the Warriors good.
It will definitely be a huge blow to the Warriors but I heard they have made a big offer to Elton Brand. Although there is no guarantee that Brand will accept the offer (which I heard is in the neighbourhood of 90 mill. not sure over how many years) and he may very well stay with the Clippers who should be much improved next season with the addition of Davis.
