Another oddity:

Through baseball-reference.com I came across a double header between the Red Sox and Indians in Cleveland on 4/12/1992, in which the Tribe won the first game, 2-0, despite not recording a hit off Matt Young. The Sox scattered 9 hits, but couldn't score.

In the second game the Indians lost, 3-0, and only recorded two hits in 9 innings: a Carlos Baerga single in the first, and Glenallen Hill's third inning single. Again the Red Sox had 9 hits

2 games, 2 hits, 1 win.
