I went to a game that almost made that list... I was at Bill Rohr's first game when he pitched against the Yankees (he played for Boston then) in 1967. I cut school to see him go 8 2/3 hitless innings only to give up a single to catcher Elston Howard.


That would have made the list. I never saw a no-hitter live, in majors or minors. I think the closest I came was a game where a pitcher had it broken up in the 7th.
