That's what makes him amazing, though. When he's "on" his game nobody can come close to him, but when's he's even "off" his game he still plays well enough to compete (and sometimes win).

It was pretty obvious he needed a few holes to warm up and find his style. He started hitting the ball really well on the middle holes yesterday after playing fairly horrendously at the start. Even though he hit some really bad shots on the last few holes, he still had enough left to recover.

Me, when I play a particularly bad hole I might as well throw in the towel for the round (it messes up my head). He's able to go to another place (like nobody else) and collect himself.
