Amazing how this thread gets quiet when the prices stabilize. We're like the frog and the boiling water. If you throw a frog in boiling water, it will hop out in a hurry. If you put a frog in a pot of room temperature water and gradually turn up the heat, it will stay in the pot and boil to death. Is your pot boiling yet?
