Let me start from the begining. When I finished reading the Godfather, I didn't think I would like reading my next book(The Catcher In the Rye). It turns out, both books take place in the exact same place at the exact time. In TCITR, Holden is in New York in 1945, a few weeks before Christmas. At the same time, Michael, Sonny, and the gang, are plotting to kill Sollozo. Holden even goes to Radio City Music Hall, the same place where Kay and Mike went on a date. I just thought that was kind of funny.

How am I not myself?
