The Angels have impressed me most this season. Their #1 and #2 starters have been on the disabled list all year and nobody has a better record in the AL.
In my opinion, Scioscia is the second best manager in the American League, behind Francona.
He is outstanding, and he is presently the manager with the longest tenure with his team in the AL. I put him in the top echelon of current managers with Jim Leyland. Francona is a great choice too.
